There are a number of phimosis stretching methods around. Finding the one for you can be tricky. In this article we go through some advice on picking the right method for you.

There are a number of methods online. Undoubtedly, online is going to be the first choice for many people. It was for me. It avoids the embarrassment of visiting a doctor and chemist and possibly hospital. As well as the embarrassment, it’s also very inconvenient. Luckily, stretching is perfectly safe to perform yourself.

There are some methods available free online. I tried a couple of these without great success. They tend to be short, incomplete and not fully tested. At worst, they can even be dangerous. I don’t know about you, but this is one part of my body I don’t really want to damage. The foreskin is delicate. Ours more so than most. So you don’t want to be taking any chances. I highly recommend you look at a few of the methods offered by established companies (those with a fully tested product that is widely advertised by people who know what they are doing and have studied the method carefully).

After being disappointed with the information online and comparing a few different products, I bought a this course online and it was much more satisfactory. The information was much more clear and complete. Plus it came with a recommendation from Health for Men magazine. I was much more comfortable trusting this source. They were very thorough in describing the full method of phimosis stretching and, even more importantly, were very careful to spell out any potential dangers. Following a method such as this will help you prevent tears that will significantly lengthen the time it takes to cure your phimosis and may even make the problem worse than when you started.

There was also something I noticed in myself. Either it was to do with the authority of the site or the fact I handed over money, I was much more conscientious in how I applied the technique. This may have been because I had more confidence that it would work. Whatever the reason, it did make me follow the course more strictly. This obviously has a big impact on the success.

Whichever method of phimosis stretching you choose, there are some things that will always apply. Make sure you start gently and slowly. Don’t try to force results quickly. Your body will adapt, but it takes time. IF you ever feel pain, stop. If you find yourself getting sore, slow down your treatment and return to making sure the skin is soft and supple. Treatment can take a little while. But in the end if you rush it, it will take longer.

For people with phimosis, phimotic ring stretching is the simplest treatment around and the best place to start (requiring little or nothing in terms of cost, drugs and medical treatment).

Advantages of Phimosis Stretching

Stretching the phimotic ring has a number of advantages over more drastic surgical solutions. These include:

- Safety: Circumcision has serious complications in at least 2% of cases (read the study here). With stretching these risks (such as infection) are not present.

- No Pain: So long as it is done correctly with a thorough and reliable method, the stretching method does not create soreness and does not restrict use.

- Privacy: Phimosis stretching can be done alone by the person themselves. There are many treatments available on the net (just be careful to choose a reputable and thoroughly tested one).

- Ease: The process is easy to do. It can be done with no medical equipment or drugs (although both are available and can help the process).

In short, there are very many reasons why you would choose phimotic ring stretching. If you are looking for a safe, trusted and effective method of phimotic ring stretching, then you have to check out Cure Your Tight Foreskin as recommended by Health for Men magazine.

There is a whole lot of advice online regarding different phimosis stretching techniques. Some are better than others. In this post we try to help you make the right choice.

The priority when choosing the right technique is to find one that is professional, trustworthy and thorough. There are a number of places on the net where you can find methods, but they are not always well explained, effective or even safe. Be careful of taking advice that is not backed up with proper research. Avoid techniques that are not thoroughly tested.

One way you can do that is to check out a few different professional sites and look at their testimonials. Any good method will have testimonials from people who used that particular phimosis stretching method successfully. A number of them will even have pictures showing you the progress of the treatment. These are very much good signs of the treatment’s efficacy. Be vary wary of taking the advice of a single person who has done it themselves. Each person is different and what worked for them might not work for you. And it almost certainly isn’t the most effective method. The best methods are those that have been used by many people and have been adapted to fit with the largest number of people. I used this course and found it to be excellent.

Also make sure that the method is comprehensively explained and starts out slowly. Ideally, you shouldn’t be doing any stretching at all for the first couple of days at least. The best way to start is to increase the elasticity of the foreskin. This will prevent any tears later on in the process.

Sometimes it’s worth paying for the right advice. For me, this occasion was one of them. The phimotic ring is delicate – particularly for people like us. And it’s not something you want to be taking your chances with. So before you start using any of the phimosis stretching techniques, make sure the method you are following is comprehensively explained and includes plenty of advice on making the skin supple and moisturized. If the method doesn’t include warnings of what can go wrong and how to spot the warning signs, don’t follow it.

Recommended Treatment: If you are looking for a safe, trusted and effective method of phimotic ring stretching, then you have to check out Cure Your Tight Foreskin as recommended by Health for Men magazine.

There are a number of phimosis stretching exercises that one can do. This article looks at some of those available.

If you are looking for exercises, then online is a great place to go. It avoids the embarrassment of a visit to the doctor. Shockingly, even some doctors can be unaware of this condition – particularly in areas where circumcision is routine. The wealth of information available on the net can’t be matched. However, you do have to be careful. Reading random advice on the net is a dangerous way to go. It is not always accurate, effective or even safe. So it is well worth searching out an established, trusted method from a site that has some experience and permanence.

Stretching with Equipment

It is possible to buy equipment that will help greatly with your phimosis stretching exercises. These offer you a course which is more exact, safe and measurable. They are great to use as you can be more relaxed that you are doing the technique correctly. They also add to the effectiveness of the phimotic stretching exercises.

Manual Stretching

Of course, equipment is not required. Exercises to stretch the foreskin can be done with your hands alone. Most of these treatemnts involve stretching the phimotic ring over the glands by gently pulling the foreskin back. If you are doing it this way, it is very important that the foreskin is as supple as possible. A full guide will give you exactly the process required to ensure this.

Whichever of these methods you use, the trick to effective treatment is to increase it gradually. When you first start out, there is a big temptation to go too far too fast. You have to avoid this. It takes time for your skin to adjust. Forcing it will create tears. This will set back your progress significantly.

My advice is to search out professional phimosis stretching exercises that have been proved to work. Some techniques are ineffective, some will even make it worse. Take a look at the Cure Your Tight Foreskin ebook (as recommended by Health for Men magazine), I found it to be excellent.

I have some strong opinions on this one, so this post is likely to turn into a bit of a rant. If you want to avoid the rant, my conclusion is pretty obivous: I think phimosis treatment is the vastly superior option.

I find it very worrying that doctors (particularly those in countries where infant circumcision is the norm) see the default solution for phimosis as circumcision. This absolutely should not be the case. Surgery should remain an option only in cases where stretching has not worked.

Firstly, surgery always comes with risks. Infections, complications, accidents. They all happen. This study shows that circumcision has at least a 2% chance of serious complications. And here’s a case study of the link between adult circumcision and impotence. Obviously, it’s an area of the body that is very sensitive and one that is precious to most men. So obviously taking risks is not desirable. Surgery will result in pain and discomfort for a number of days. Any use risks opening stitches and necessitating more work. It will require you to use medication to avoid infection whilst the wound heals. Circumcision is not a quick and easy option. It should be the option of last resort.

On the other hand, stretching does not have the same risks. It is simple, safe and easy to perform. It doesn’t require any drugs. There’s no risk of infection. It’s cheap. It doesn’t require extensive medical assistance. Above all, it’s effective for the majority of men. I don’t understand why any doctor would reject this approach without trying it. It makes no sense to reject the technique out of hand. There is very little to lose from at least trying it. Even if, through bad technique, it makes the phimosis worse then circumcision is still very much an option. I suspect a recommendation of circumcision is often the result of ignorance.

I don’t wish to discourage anyone from consulting their doctor in this matter. But I do want you to know that circumcision isn’t the only treatment available. Always keep phimosis stretching in mind as an option. Even if the doctor refuses to accept such a treatment could be effective for you, there is nothing to stop you trying the technique yourself. You should, of course, listen to the advice of a doctor. But use it to form your own opinion of what is best for you. Because you are the one who has to live every day with that decision.

Recommended Treatment: If you are looking for a safe, trusted and effective method of phimotic ring stretching, then you have to check out Cure Your Tight Foreskin as recommended by Health for Men magazine.

So you have decided to give manual phimosis stretching a try. But what technique should you use? What course should you follow? In this article, we try to help you answer those questions.

When you embark on a method of stretching your phimotic ring, it’s very important to find a method that you can trust, understand and carry out carefully. Look for a place that is trusted and experienced in these matters. Look for an established company with a strong presence. A good indicator of trustworthiness is a list of credited testimonials (preferably with some photographic evidence of the technique’s efficacy). Without this, you are just taking one person’s word for it. Their method may help you. It may not. If it is not comprehensive enough, it may even make the situation worse. So do be sceptical because this isn’t an area in which you want to be taking chances.

The most important thing with any phimosis stretching technique is to start slowly. Make sure your skin is prepared for the stretching that will be placed on it. It may seem frustrating at first, but it is vital that you increase the degree of suppleness in your foreskin before you put any pressure on it. A good technique will always ensure that this is done first. Without it you risk tearing which will set back your progress and, if it scars, will make progress more difficult.

On a related note, make sure you don’t continue if you start to feel soreness or pain. This is an indication that you are stretching too hard. Return to the earlier exercises and make sure you are well moisturized. This is a marathon, not a sprint. It’s understandable that you want to rush ahead. But your body will move at its own pace. A little patience is always rewarded.

Do be careful when you are selecting your phimosis manual stretching treatment. Make sure you choose a reputable source with an email address (or even a phone number) you can contact for professional help and advice. Even if you don’t have to use it, it’s great to know that it is there if you should have any queries down the line. Take a look at Cure Your Tight Foreskin (as recommended by Health for Men magazine) it’s a great course.

Phimosis stretching is a highly effective treatment for the vast majority of sufferers. But as we get older the body isn’t quite so good at rejuvenating itself. So is it an effective treatment for those who aren’t so young? Those over 30? In their 40s? Over 50? Even retired?

The stretching treatments offered by advertisers online have been shown to be highly effective. Obviously this is slightly skewed towards younger people (since it is most often treated in younger people). But it is certainly still effective in older people. However, you do have to be more careful, a little slower and it is absolutely vital that you follow a thorough and safe method. So it is essential that you invest in a trusted and tested method.

As we age, the body is becomes less able to rejuvenate and the growth of skin cells (which phimosis stretching relies upon) slows. This doesn’t reduce the treatment’s effectiveness, only the time it takes and the care you need. You have to make sure you follow a carefully made routine of making your foreskin more supple. Make sure it is always well moisturized and that you don’t force growth. Forcing growth beyond that which the body can handle will result in tears setting back your progress.

Producing tears is even worse for older sufferers as they will take longer to heal. So at the first sign of soreness or pain be sure to stop or slow down and give yourself time to heal. Pushing ahead can be very tempting, but in the long run it is a bad idea. The only way to do it is slowly and consistently.

If you are following a fully tested method, you should have all the information you need to make sure that the treatment is successful. Just follow the course – it will be set up to avoid tears. Just be sure to be careful and listen to what your body is telling you.

If you are using a unstructured treatment (like the free ones on the net), you have to be extra careful. These methods can’t always be relied upon to be effective and safe. If you are an older person, it’s well worth investing in a safe, trusted and verified method of phimosis stretching to make sure you are safe and that the treatment will be fully effective.

Why Treat Phimosis At All?

Health Resons

If you’re reading this, you’ve probably had phimosis for a very long time (usually since birth) without any huge problems. And it’s true that you can have phimosis without any problems your whole life. However, there are some medical problems that can occur and there are other reasons. The medical problems: the lack of foreskin retraction can cause a build up of smegma. This can result in an unpleasant odour and it has also been linked to cancer. There are ways, depending on the degree of tightness, that you can clean without fully retracting. But it is certainly more difficult and less thorough. So treatment is advisable for this reason alone.

Intercourse

A tight foreskin can also cause pain during intercourse (specifically when not using a condom). This can, obviously, cause many problems. You don’t need me to tell you, I’m sure. There are, again, other ways to get round this – heavy lubrication being the most obvious – but phimosis treatment is definitely an option that is worth considering.

Psychological

The other reasons you might consider treatment are more psychological. There is certainly an embarrassment factor to it. Having to explain it to a partner is never an easy moment. There is a very good chance they have never heard of it before, never mind seen it. How they react varies from person to person. Some girls like it, some couldn’t care less and some girls are freaked out. Whichever, it’s a conversation none of us relish having.

If you are anything like me, this has affected your confidence. Just the thought of the talk and how she’ll react is naturally going to play on your mind. It can’t help but inhibit you and make you questions yourself. I’d say this is one of the biggest reasons most men have some sort of treatment for their phimosis.

There’s no right or wrong answer to whether phimosis stretching is right for you. But with the process being cheap, easy and painless, you do have very little to lose by giving it a try.
